Gaishi Group, a joint-venture with investment of Canada, Japan and China, specializes in the processing, production, export and trade of mushrooms, wild herbs and agricultural products. It was originally established as Dalian Green Foods Co., Ltd. in 1994. Through decades of development, we can now offer all types of mushrooms in all technologies (Sterilized / Frozen / Dehydrated / Pasteurized / Fresh), presented in appropriate packaging (in pouch, in tin, in jar). Our efficient production units for each technology and a dynamic R&D policy means that we can offer you a complete and innovative range of mushrooms that meet the highest quality standards of Japan, Europe and North American. Under the group we have Dalian Gaishi Food Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Gaishi Food Co., Ltd.

Dalian Gaishi Food Co., Ltd., a factory covering an area of 25,000 square meters, has a 15,000 square meter workshop. This advanced factory has advanced lines for frozen and boiled products and a range of workshops for dried-food, salted-food, frozen-food, boiled-food and a cold storage warehouse which withholds an annual capacity of 6,000 tons totally. Our workshop is established wholesomely in accordance with related hygienic standards, independent channels for logistics and employees, air showers, disinfection equipment, complete import line, as well as hi-tech impurity detectors such as metal detectors and X-ray machines. In addition, our company already passed the certification of ISO9001:2000, HACCP and IFS.

Chengdu Gaishi Food Co., Ltd. is located in southwest China, where it produces rich, wild mushrooms and planted, edible mushrooms. Covering a land of 10,000 square meters, our company specializes in frozen and boiled food, and has workshops of 4,000square meters, IQF Equipment (Individual Quick Freezing Equipment), cleaners, sterilizers, boilers, metal detectors, and auto packagers. Our company has passed the certification of HACCP and ISO9001:2000.
